Welcome to HoldMyPaddle. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be completed to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations & reschedules

Cancellations are not allowed once a booking is confirmed. There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

Reschedules are only available when play cannot proceed due to rain or a natural calamity. Contact the venue to arrange a new slot — refunds are not issued for rescheduled bookings.

Court owners

Court owners are responsible for maintaining accurate availability, pricing, and venue information. HoldMyPaddle reserves the right to delist venues that violate platform policies.

Payments

GCash payments are processed through PayMongo. Bank transfer bookings remain pending until verified by the court owner.
